EASY RETURNS
To offer an even more customer-friendly service, Football Store offers a RETURN service.
- Did you purchase the wrong size?
- Does the product you received have manufacturing defects NOT SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS??
Submit the return request, wait for confirmation, and then return your package.
Upon receipt of the product and inspection by the Football Store team, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
One or more items ordered may be returned if the wrong size or product was ordered, or if the merchandise is defective and/or damaged.
HOW TO PROCEED:
The return request must be submitted no later than 7 days after receiving the order, by email, indicating the order number and the reason for the return (attaching images if necessary).
Once the request is accepted, the item must be returned to Football.Store according to the methods and instructions provided by the staff.
Once the return is received, our staff will check the item's status and ensure that the codes match those available in our store.
After inspection, if compliant, the returned purchase will be refunded.
WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be exercised NO LATER than 14 days from the date of purchase if communicated via email to info@footballstore.site, providing all the information needed to identify the affected order, listed below:
- Order date
- Order holder
- Order number
- Order holder's email address and phone number.
The refund method will be the same as the one used to confirm the order.
You will receive a reply and confirmation email from our staff, which will explain the procedure.
Please note: if the withdrawal request arrives AFTER the courier has been notified and the order has been confirmed for shipment to the indicated address, Football Store may deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount.
USEFUL INFORMATION
- Returned items (whether for returns or cancellations) must be in their original condition, must not show signs of wear and/or use, and must be accompanied by the original box or packaging, including any accessories.
- The original boxes of returned products must not show any signs of breakage or damage and must be shipped without any type of support (tape, stickers, or labels) attached to them, but rather placed in an additional package (cardboard or envelope) on which the shipping labels must be affixed.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouses.
- Returns of products with damaged original packaging will not be accepted.
- Returns of specifically customized products will not be accepted.
- Returned items will be inspected by Football Store staff, who reserve the right to refuse the return based on the above.

Do not ship the goods under any circumstances without having initiated the return procedure and received confirmation from Football Store.
